  • We do not provide legal advice, although we may assist in connecting you with professional legal resources.
  • We do not guarantee specific rental market performance or fixed income returns.

3. User Responsibilities (Landlord Responsibilities)

As the user of these services (the Landlord), you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information regarding the property and the tenancy.
  • Ensure that the information provided is legally valid and enforceable.
  • Cooperate with necessary management procedures and communications.
  • Assume responsibility for and pay all relevant fees and liabilities as agreed upon.

4. Service Delivery Methods

We will establish appropriate management protocols based on the specific characteristics of the property and the client’s requirements.

Services may be delivered through the following methods:

  • Online communication platforms and management systems
  • Coordination via telephone or email
  • Collaboration with third-party service providers (e.g., for repairs, cleaning, etc.)

5. Fees and Payment

All service fees shall be determined in accordance with the specific cooperation agreement or quotation proposal.

Unless otherwise specified:

  • Service fees will be clearly stipulated in the agreement.
  • Fees must be paid according to the agreed-upon payment schedule.
  • Delayed payments may result in interruptions to service delivery.

  • The User violates these Terms.
  • Failure to make payments as agreed.
  • The provision of false or misleading information.
  • Any conduct that interferes with the proper execution of our services.

All content on this website—including text, structure, design, and logos—is the exclusive property of ayma-p-manage or its licensors.
